One of their key areas of focus in the UK is the training and coaching of opticians in communication and sales skills.

With Pamela Girling acting as clinical consultant, Nick Girling designed the Optometry Development Programme specifically for Optometrists in 2004. It is a three day programme phased one day at a time over 3 - 5 months, and attracts 14 CET points for attending UK optometrists.
